Our goal...To strive to maintain the most affordable rates in order to provide as many children with a Christian education as possible.  We have THE LOWEST RATES of any of the eleven schools in the entire Southern New England Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

School finances...It is essential that monthly tuition payments be paid in full by the last day of each month.  Tuition payments will be paid over a ten month period, August through May.  There is a 5% discount for those who pay the entire school year's tuition in advance.  If tuition payments are in excess of one month behind, the child/children will not be allowed to return until formal arrangements have been made between the parent and the treasurer or school board.                                                                                                                                        

Tuition payments...may be made online by establishing an account with your email address and personal password.  Your payments may be made using a debit card, direct withdrawal from your checking account, or by credit card.  Please keep in mind that we have to pay a fee that adds to our expense if you use your credit card or debit card, but there is no fee involved for us with a direct withdrawal from your bank account.  Helping us control our costs can help us to control our tuition rate increases.

Registration fee...There will be a $250 registration fee for each student in addition to the monthly tuition payments.  This fee covers accident insurance, achievement testing, library fees, P.E. equipment, textbook and workbook purchases, among other things.  To access our Registration Form, click here.

After School Day available beginning at 3:30 p.m at the rate of $5.00/hour

  •  Checks or Money Orders should be made out to:  Wachusett Hills Christian School.        
  • Payments should specify:  Amounts to be applied to tuition, registration fee, and/or after school day care fees, and the name of the student to receive credit.     
  • Payments may be mailed to:  Mr. Dale Spencer, 16 Water Wheel Circle, Templeton, MA 01468, may be submitted at school to Mrs. Edie Conrad, WHCS Teacher and Principal, or payments may be submitted online right here on the website.


*Any damage to school property, including textbooks, will be charged to the individual responsible.
