School Finances

   

It is ESSENTIAL that monthly tuition payments be paid in full by the last business day of each month.  Tuition payments will be paid over a ten month period, September through June.  There will be a 5% discount for those who pay the entire school year’s tuition in advance.  If tuition payments are 2 months behind, the child/children will not be allowed to return until formal arrangements have been made between the parent and the school board. 

Checks and money orders should be made payable to Wachusett Hills Christian School.  Payments should specify amounts to be applied as tuition or registration fee plus name of the student to receive credit.   

Any damage to school property, including textbooks, will be charged to the individual responsible.

 

TUITION for 2008-09  

Constituent Tuition - Grades 1-8

$230.00 for 1st child

$210.00 for 2nd child

$190.00 for 3rd child

$170.00 for 4th child

 

Non-constituent Tuition - Grades 1-8

$275.00 for 1st child

$255.00 for 2nd child

$235.00 for 3rd child

$215.00 for 4th child

 

Constituent Tuition - Pre-K and Kindergarten

$300.00 for 1st child

$280.00 for 2nd child

 

Non-Constituent Tuition - Pre-K and Kindergarten

$330.00 for 1st child

$310.00 for 2nd child

 

REGISTRATION FEE  

There will be a $240 registration fee for each student in addition to the monthly tuition payments.  There will be a discount of 10% off the registration fee if it is paid on or before registration day.  This fee covers accident insurance, achievement testing, library fees, P.E. equipment, textbook and workbook purchases, among other things.
